How it works

Send a request

Email support@tanksdefense.com and include the player ID of the Account you want to delete.

Verify the Account

The moderation team may request information needed to verify your identity and protect the Account.

Wait for processing

After verifying Account ownership, the moderation team will process the deletion request.

I understand that Account deletion cannot be reversed and will result in the loss of progress and Virtual Content.

Before sending the request

Access to the Account will end, and authentication data and the cloud save will be deleted.
Deletion cannot be reversed. Progress and Virtual Content may be permanently lost.
Certain purchase, match, enforcement, and violation records may be retained in a limited form for security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements.
Data on your device may remain until you delete the application data or the application itself.
